Looks and sounds lovely. Thank you Caroline. Glad to see down in the tip section can use breasts and no butter too for those concerned about the saturated fats.

Yep, there’s always a way to tweak recipes to suit personal tastes and needs. I’ve made the recipe with chicken breasts, just chose thighs this time around (secretly it was that they fit in the pan better for the photo!). C
