I love aioli I’ve never made my own. Might have to try it. Thanks Caroline

It is really so easy. If you don't have a blender, a whisk and a lot of elbow grease will do the trick too. The thing I like about it is that I can adjust the amount of garlic. Sometimes here in restaurants they add so much fresh garlic it's a bit overpowering! XO C

I do have a food processor it makes things easier for me. Adjusting garlic to taste is often the best way to make the aioli I love garlic but not so much raw so I too find it can be very strong when others make it
