maple balsamic dressing
If I could only pick one dressing to marry with many salads, it would be this one. I adore balsamic vinegar when I know it is the real thing. I’d even go so far as to share TMI into my passion for it when I can tell the difference between 3-year aged, 10-year aged and 30-year aged and know that 10-year aged is my favorite for its balance of citrus and sweet. So, it’s fair to say, I’ve had a longtime affair with this wintertime dressing. Much more simply put… it’s just lovely to dress veggies or salads.
