Lentils are best when married with flavors that infuse the legumes with a bright bite. Zucchini is one of those vegetables that’s perfect served raw. Tiny pasta that cooks in minutes. Thanks to Ali Slagle of the New York Times for the inspiration to make this fabulous combination.
