If you are looking for a weekday or weeknight Mediterranean diet pantry dish, this one has you covered. Plenty of healthy protein from tuna and anchovies, healthy fats from those anchovies, olives and extra virgin olive oil and whole grain fiber from the pasta to keep you feeling full and satisfied.
I like it best with topped with fresh filets of tuna, but a good quality can of white tuna is just as tasty and, probably, a lot more likely to have on hand!
