A classic from the south of France, this savory and tart tart is a lovely way to anchor a light meal for lunch or dinner using that powerhouse Mediterranean protein source, anchovies.
The other magic ingredient is the caramelized onions that melt into a sweet spread as the base for whatever you want to top the tart with. It’s a bit of an effort to make but IMHO, well worth it.
