It took me a while to master a fool-proof technique for poached eggs, but I love their versatility - they’re equally at home for breakfast, lunch or dinner. So I bet you’ll be happy if you can master the technique too. I promise it will come in handy!
Another advantage of eggs is that they pair with almost anything - savory like this dish layered with spinach, mushrooms and a smattering of nutty Dukkah seasoning or sweet with toast and jam.
