IMHO, salmon is the perfect fish. You can pan-fry it, bake it, grill it & even cure it. It’s easily as flexible as white fish and a bit better for you because it adds healthy omega-3 fatty acids to your diet.
This layered one-meal salad dish highlights all that goodness on a bed of even more healthy bits. And one of my favorite features? It’s pretty. And we all know we eat with our eyes first!
