mediterranean turkey meatballs
Fresh herbs turn a plain Jane turkey meatball into a Mediterranean flavor bomb when blended together with a little Parmesan cheese and yogurt to keep the meatballs moist and tender. You can swap the panko for breadcrumbs, the fresh herbs for dried (just use less) and the shallot for onion. In other words, it’s easy to work with what you have on hand!
