Joey, I cook quinoa on the stovetop using the time and measurements on the quinoa package, then follow Caroline’s instructions for resting in the pot and spreading it out to cool. Works every time for perfect quinoa!

Do you have a way to cook Quinoa without an Insta pot like you use? I don’t have kitchen gadgets such as that.
