This gnarly fruit turns into a creamy Spanish holiday dessert with the help of a Thermomix.
Quince apples, also known as Queen’s Apples, are a winter fruit that’s loaded with flavor and packed with pectin. When you let the Thermomix do all the work, you’ll end up with an easy, super flavorful treat to pair with Spanish manchego cheese and walnuts for a classic finish to a holiday meal.
Just 800 grams of quince apple, 650 grams of sugar, 1 lemon and a teaspoon of vanilla will make a beautiful block of Membrillo ready to pair with a cured Manchego Spanish cheese and walnuts. Yum!
