Classic pasta e ceci is most often prepared with little pasta shapes in a tomato-based sauce - & if you’re interested, you can find a great recipe on my website for just that classic version.
But in summertime, I like to explore a lighter, fresher approach with fresh herbs, fresh spinach, lemon & my super-secret flavor and protein powerhouse, anchovies. Chickpeas never had it so good!
