One of the simplest ways to prepare the brilliant flavor and color of a big batch of fresh green beans. They take minutes to make and are the perfect accompaniment to any summer main, chicken or fish like this healthy Mediterranean-style Trout Almondine.
I like to double the batch so that I have them chilled and ready for salad. Feeding a crowd? Just multiple the recipe ingredients to the number in your party!
