Caroline is not wrong in calling this Perfect Roast Chicken. I don’t think that I will cook a whole roast chicken any other way. And that sauce! Wow does it pack a flavor punch! The carcass went straight into my freezer to be used for my next batch of chicken stock. It’s going to be delicious!

Hi again Amy - And thanks for the positive feedback and being a great recipe tester! I can use all the help I can get. By the way, the slurry I get from this chicken is the “secret sauce” and if you haven’t caught the chicken soup recipe that followed, take a look… yum. XO Caroline

Hi Greg - I have another recipe on the channel for best chicken soup and that’s what I used the extra slurry on. But truth be told, any recipe that calls for chicken stock would appreciate it if you used this slurry…!
