It is the best…I think this is my go to now. I’ve frozen 2 trays gave one to a farming neighbour and she loves it too. So convenient

😂 I’m not as savvy in the kitchen as you but this has become something I use on warm potatoes for a salad or in a pumpkin beetroot salad it goes divine

I look forward to that. The flavour of this pesto is really great for many things I add more olive oil when I turn it into salad dressing.

This is THE BEST pesto I’ve ever tasted! I froze it in an ice cube tray and pull one out to toss with roasted vegetables or mix into pasta or with shrimp. Thanks for another delicious, versatile recipe, Caroline!
